What personal data I collect and why I collect it

This is an overview of personal data I collect from users and site visitors. If you use my contact form, your name and email address are collected and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. The website also collects cookies.

I do not share any of the personal data collected. Names and emails are only used in communication with you the client when using my photo retouching services.

By default WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users.

Media

I use the Gmail G Suite email account, one of the most secure forms of email communication available. When sending final photos or video, I use wetransfer or dropbox. Contact forms

I keep contact form submissions for a short period for customer service purposes, but I do not use the information submitted through them for any marketing purposes.

How long I retain your data

I archive all the photographs after completion of the works, this is to be able to resend lost or damaged final retouches when requested by my clients. I will never share any of your information with any advertising or data mining companies.

What rights you have over your data

 If you have sent me an email or sent photos, you are well within your rights to contact me and ask for me to delete emails, contact form enquiries as well as any photos you have sent me. I am happy to oblige.
