Images on this website are created by, and protected by Copyright ©, unless otherwise stated. All rights reserved. Placing of an order will be viewed to represent acceptance by the customer of the following terms and conditions.
Title to goods Ownership of the goods shall not transfer to the purchaser until full payment has been received by me. In the very unlikely event that I have incorrectly completed your order, customers must contact me within five working days of receipt, providing full details of any discrepancy or error. I shall endeavour to rectify these as soon as possible after notification.
COPYRIGHT
Any images or copies of images, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988.
Images are under the photographer’s copyright and can only be reproduced with their permission. Illegal reproduction may result in legal action by the photographer. By submitting photographs to me for restoration or reproduction, you affirm that no copyright is infringed. Infocus will not be liable to you or any third party for such copyright infringement; even if that loss or damage was foreseeable by, or the possibility of it was brought to the attention of us. You will be liable for any copyright claims that arise.
Details of customer are kept in strict confidence and are not sold on to third parties. We value your privacy.
TRADEMARKS
All brand names, service names, product names, titles and copyrights used in this site are trademarks or copyrights of their respective holders.
INFOCUS
May request the use of the final photos to use as promotional work on our website and other promotional material, only once permission has been granted will the images be used. Images will be archived for 3 months in the event of a customer losing or damaging their photos.

What personal data I collect and why I collect it
This is an overview of personal data I collect from users and site visitors. If you use my contact form, your name and email address are collected and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. The website also collects cookies.
I do not share any of the personal data collected. Names and emails are only used in communication with you the client when using my photo retouching services.
By default WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users.
Media
No media (photos) is directly uploaded to my website. Photos for retouching are attached in emails sent to me. I use the Gmail G Suite email account, one of the most secure forms of email communication available. For large files I use wetransfer or dropbox. Contact forms
I keep contact form submissions for a short period for customer service purposes, but I do not use the information submitted through them for any marketing purposes.

To enhance your experience on the website, the website use “cookies”. Cookies are small text files that are placed in your computer’s browser to store your preferences. Cookies, by themselves, do not tell me your email address or other personal information unless you choose to provide this information to me by, for example, filling in the contact form. Who I share your data with
I do not share your data with anybody, when I invoice you, I use Paypal, I obviously need to use your email address to send the invoice. How long I retain your data
I keep the photo retouches for 3 months after completion of the works, this is to be able to resend lost or damaged final retouches when requested by my clients. I will never share any of your information with any advertising or data mining companies.
What rights you have over your data
If you have sent me an email or sent photos, you are well within your rights to contact me and ask for me to delete emails, contact form enquiries as well as any photos you have sent me. I am happy to oblige.
